He holds the distinction of being the longest-serving police chief in the history of Seattle.<br><br>A mass will be held on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 11AM at Seattle University Chapel of St. Ignatius, 901 12<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Avenue,&nbsp;with burial to follow (approximately 12:30PM) at Calvery Cemetery, 5041 35<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;Ave NE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patrick S.
