Caldwell #2270, mother to retired Officer Jeff Caldwell #4075, sister-in-law to retired Officer Tom Caldwell #1845 and great aunt to active duty Officer Tommy Caldwell II #7718, passed away today, October 11, 2023, at eighty-six years of age.
